The Exhibition of Economic Achievements, dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, started today in Ashgabat. The event is designed to demonstrate the successes of the national economy and the dynamics of the state's growth over the years of sovereign development, reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in his address to the participants and guests of the exhibition, emphasized that the country is known today as a rapidly developing state based on advanced technologies and innovations. He noted the successful implementation of large-scale projects aimed at improving the lives of citizens and promoting regional and global progress.

“The main goal of the country’s state policy is the sustainable development of the national economy, scaling up market reforms and improving the standard of living of the population. In this regard, effective work is being carried out for the full implementation of long-term programs, diversification of economic growth, rational and integrated use of natural resources. Significant successes have been achieved in expanding import-substituting and export-oriented industries, introducing innovations and digital technologies into them", - emphasized President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

The exhibition not only demonstrates the current achievements of Turkmenistan, but also presents the latest projects that will become the basis for the future development of the country.

The President expressed confidence that Turkmenistan will continue its movement along the path of reform, striving to become one of the leading powers in the world.
