I sincerely congratulate you on the opening of the Investment Forum of Turkmenistan and the international conference on attracting high technologies and innovations to the national economy, as well as specialized exhibitions that are taking place in white marble Ashgabat on the eve of the 33rd anniversary of the independence of the sovereign Fatherland.

Dear friends!

In our independent country, international conferences, exhibitions, festivals and business meetings are held regularly, which has now become a good tradition. I am confident that such events will play a significant role in attracting large investments to the national economy and expanding mutually beneficial international partnerships.

Dear participants of the international forum!

Achieving sustainable economic growth is our main goal. It defines comprehensive economic programs that we are successfully implementing. A number of large projects have already been implemented in Turkmenistan, including the Turkmenistan-China gas pipeline, a plant for the production of gasoline from natural gas in the Ahal velayat, a gas chemical complex for the production of polyethylene and polypropylene in the Balkan velayat, and the Garabogazkarbamid plant. Tomorrow, we will also witness a series of significant events. We are talking about the laying and launch of a number of projects: the Serhetabat-Herat section, called Arkadagyň Ak ýoly, which is the main link in the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India project, which we are implementing through our own investments, as well as power transmission, transport and communication lines along the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan route.

We are taking constructive measures to expand international transport and transit corridors. The oil and gas complex and energy sector of our country are developing in accordance with the demands of the time, and the introduction of digital achievements in them is also being scaled up.

At the same time, projects are being implemented in Turkmenistan to obtain electricity from regenerative sources – sun and wind. We also have large investment projects based on high technologies and aimed at producing competitive products.
