A scientific and practical seminar was held at the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan on the peculiarities of conducting research in a developed market economy. Several dozen scientists from scientific institutions and universities of the country took part in the meeting, reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.

As the head of the laboratory of technologies for the synthesis of new substances of the Technocenter D. Silapova noted in her speech, one of the features of the modern development of science is its close interaction with education and production. This union forms the basis of the activities of the ANT Technology Center, which was confirmed by the topics of the reports of the seminar participants.

Presentations were made by both experienced scientists and young researchers and students. The topics of the reports were devoted to topical issues of the development of science and the economy of Turkmenistan in market conditions.
Thus, the leading specialist of the Technology Transfer Center of the Technocenter D. Bayramgeldiyeva made a report “Internet entrepreneurship and e-commerce”. Researcher at the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan V. Garahanov presented a report “Methods of obtaining useful products from oil refining waste.”

The topic of the economic significance of Lake Altyn Asyr was highlighted in her speech by the senior teacher of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering O. Orazdurdyyeva.

The seminar demonstrated the growing interest of Turkmen scientists in conducting applied research that is of practical importance for the development of the country’s economy.
