Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Batyr Amanov presented a report on the results of the country’s fuel and energy complex for January-November of this year at the regular government meeting, which took place on Friday, TDH reports.
The Deputy Prime Minister's report contained information on the technical and economic indicators achieved in the field of oil and gas condensate production, including the State Concern Turkmennebit , oil supply and its refining, as well as polypropylene production.
During the reporting period, the plan for the production of gasoline was fulfilled by 103%, diesel fuel by 102.8%, lubricating oils by 104.5%, liquefied gas by 116.1%.
Based on the results of 11 months, the plan for the production of natural and associated gas was fulfilled by 107.6%, and for the export of “blue fuel” - by 113.8%.
Amanov also reported on preparations for the upcoming celebrations in honor of the Day of Oil and Gas Industry and Geology Workers. “On the occasion of the professional holiday, a number of events are planned in the capital and velayats of the country,” the Deputy Prime Minister noted.
After listening to the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of carrying out the necessary work in accordance with the Development Program of the domestic fuel and energy complex. “Particular attention should be paid to the issues of deep development of oil and gas fields,” the head of state said, ordering that appropriate measures be taken to increase the volume of oil and gas production.
