President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov spoke by phone with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. During a telephone conversation, Vladimir Putin warmly congratulated Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his birthday, reports the Kremlin press service.

The parties confirmed their mutual commitment to further comprehensive development of Turkmen-Russian relations in the spirit of in-depth strategic partnership.
